Anybody else having slow or inconsistent WiFi speeds on iPhone 12 Pro Max? I know it’s not my WiFi because all my other devices work as usual including my iPhone X which is still have/upgraded from.

I finally solved the ridiculously slow wifi speed (just got my iphone 12 pro max today).
Turns out my VPN was kicking in while trying to configure/test everything else out.
Bottomline: I had to use cellular data to download the VPN (because it was only partially downloaded), then once it was downloaded, i disabled it. Then.... voila... wifi speed was back to "crazy fast"
Just a thought.... look at your VPN (to if you can disable it)

Oh well those are not AX Wi-Fi access points. I wanted to Cisco version of one but it’s too expensive.

Then I think I've got a faulty unit :( I've contacted Apple support..let's see how it goes
Looks like the 14.4 update that just came out doesn’t fix the issue.
Sigh, I was hoping it will. I guess I will have to make an appointment with apple store for a repair :/

I have a new iPhone 12 Pro and older iPhone 8. My old phone is noticeably faster connecting to the same sites.
Come on Apple. Fix it.
1) Apple isn’t here, only fellow users are
2) My 12 Pro Max is the fastest WiFi device I own, so saying “fix it” doesn’t help much.
I have the same issue that why I was brought here. I compared the speed test simultaneously with my IPad. My Iphone 12 ProMax is way too slow.
That's wildly inaccurate; if you are experiencing Wi-Fi issues, something in your network is responsible or it would be a universal issue, and it is not.
