Mic doesn't work on speakerphone mode. Iphone 11, IOS 14.2

After updated to OS 14.2 lately, just found out Mic doesn't work when I have phone call on speakerphone mode.

With bluethooth head phone it is fine, normal phone mode fine too.

Only have problem with speakerphone mode. other person can't hear me when I am on speakerphone but I can hear clearly.

Any one?
