macOS Big Sur broke Citrix App ecosystem

Why MacOS Big Sur has broken all things Citrix ? (VMware Fusion doesn't load any VMs anymore and even my Organization's Citrix Workplace doesn't load the Virtual Desktops)?

I googled and found Fusion Tech Preview can be used but it still doesn't allow me to open VMs I had working perfectly in macOS Catalina without un-checking the feature 'Enable hypervisor applications on this Virtual Machine' which basically means Big Sur doesn't support Intel VT-x/EPT virtualization anymore?

To my dismay, I logged into my Organization's Citrix Access Portal today (I upgraded to Big Sur yesterday) only to find the Virtual Desktop will NOT load (again it was working like a charm in macOS Catalina).

Is Apple working on these big fuss it has created with Citrix app ecosystem?

Ive been facing the exact same issue with my mbp 2016. It just crashes randomly sending out an error thread. I have been looking for support on both ends (Apple and citrix). Citrix had this listed in their ongoing release documentation too. Can someone please address this as this is creating a major impact for people like working from home with mac as their only work platform or source.
