I cannot reinstall MacOS on Mac mini, when 2 minutes are left before the installation is completed, the system gives an error: Disk is not convertible to APFS
The same error occurs with external hard disk drives
How can I solve this problem? Thanks!
PS: I don't have a backup due to the fact that I want a clean OS

Sorry one more question, are you doing this erase and reinstall from another drive or in macOS Recovery?
If from another drive, then use Recovery Mode to format and install MacOS on the drive.
If that doesn't help, then run Disk Utility Repair while started up in MacOS Recovery and see what it has to say about the drive.
This is a bug in the motherboard, I gave the mac for repair, thanks for your participation.

I tried all the options
Before installing, I erase the entire disc as an APFS
I also tried to install on an external hard drive, the same result
I followed this instruction
I start with MacOS Recovery, disk check says everything is ok
Try again from the beginning or take it to your local AASP and have them install the macOS.
Disk is not convertible to APFS
