Iphone receiver volume low

I noticed there were posts about low volume on the iPhone after recent update. My issue is not the ringer though that’s happening as well. More annoying is that I can’t hear the conversation since the volume is so low no matter what I do. I’m always needing to put my speaker on. Any suggestions?

Volume of Speaker and Receiver When I make a phone call or answer any call, the volume of my iphone's speaker and receiver are both mode too low to heard. My friend said that it happened for his iphone before and I cleaned my speaker and receiver. Quality of volume was increased a little but it is still not enough to heard. Could you see my iphone's volume level or advice something to do?

Yes it does. I googled any fixes but have not been successful. The update has affected that and my text messaging. Also can’t name a group text now.
