We see you are having some trouble with your iPhone being stuck on preparing to transfer when moving your data to a new device. We want to help get that issue resolved! Try restarting your device and using a cable to transfer that data: Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
