mp4 upload to icloud

Trying to upload MP4 files to icloud, but cant. Not getting an error message, it just stalls at "uploading" and never completes the upload... Anyone know why this is happening?

iCloud video files won't finish uploading I noticed recently that I have approximately 15 out of 45 QT videos in my iCloud account that have the uploading cloud symbol. Those that are still uploading are not accessible on all devices. I don't know what to do to fix this. All videos were uploaded to iCloud several years ago. I tried logging into iCloud through the website and uploading and the webpage kept timing out. The QT video I was testing is about 4 GB. Any suggestions on what else I could try or what is going on?

iCloud only letting me upload .jpeg files not .mp4 files I'm trying to upload an .mp4 file to iCloud (one that I made in iMovie), but it gives me a message saying it only allows .jpeg files. I've found other forum questions that are similar but the answers given by Apple Support didn't fix my issue. Thanks.
