My watch reboots random, is this a HW or SW issue?
My watch serie 5 reboots random and I wonder if this is a HW or SW related. It is something I noticed not before so I think it can be related to the new sw. Does anybody know?

Unfortunately is the problem not solved by those steps.
I'm running the following software: watchOS 7.1 and iOS 14.2, both are up to date.
I'm very careful with my watch and there is no physical or liquid damage.
What happened is: I pushed the digital crown and selected an app by pushing the button. After several time the Apple logo popped up and remains there for at least 10 seconds. Then every thing went back to normal.
Please reply to help me to solve this issue.

The problem is solved after contact with Apple Support. They adviced me to unpair and ereaser the Apple watch and reinstall it without the use of the backup. This worked.
