Question about my Mac Mini M1 I've ordered. With only two USB ports, what can I do for other connections, like Interface, mouse, flash drive and keyboard?

You can get and use a USB 3.0 Hub to expand on the number of USB ports just like any other Mac, iMac or Mac Mini or PC.
If you have multiple USB devices like external drives or use your Mac to charge other devices, then it is best to get a Self-Powered USB 3.0 Hub that has is own power supply.

Any one of a plethora of USB hubs will work.
You should preferably get one that has its own
power supply and not bus powered.
The M1 has 4 USB ports. The 2 USB C ports are usable through adapters or buying new cables. Go wireless for mouse and keyboard.
Thank you!
You're welcome!
You can also, use a Thunderbolt 3 dock from one of the Mac mini's Thunderbolt/USB-C ports.
