Remove malware - MacBook Pro

Right on the tale of upgrading to Catalina — searchmarquis.com/eula.html — took control of my browser. It places itself as the primary. I can't seem to find where it is located in my system.

Can you provide a tool or method to remove this?

If you are using Safari as your browser you could try launching it in a clean state. Quit Safari then while pressing and holding the shift key launch Safari.

If that does not resolve your issue you can try using MalwareBytes.
