Magsafe charging and wired data transfer

my car’s factory radio has a usb-a charging/aux input. The usb-a barely maintained the charge on my 6s plus while playing podcasts. Now that I’ve upgraded to the 12 pro max, could I attach the magsafe charger and the usb-a cable? Would it charge any faster? Or does it only accept one charging method at a time?

I can't find anything definitive to back it up.. but I'm quite certain that you can't charge simultaneously with wireless and wired.. it will choose one method or the other.

If your car's USB can't provide adequate charge, and you have an auxiliary port, you could look into a car charger..
