iPhone XR default weather app not showing any graphics. . . . . . .

Hi I have My iPhone XR 64GB fully updated but I've noticed that the default weather app is showing no graphics in the background for example when its cloudy it shows clouds moving across screen the temperature is however correct I have checked all usual stuff such as privacy settings/permissions/done a on/off still nothing i have checked My Wife's iPhone 7 and she performed same update and Her's and My Son's(iPhone 11)are both working perfectly in fact there are a few apps that don't work fully on my iPhone such as Dawn Patrol and Nixon Mission yet fully work on both their iPhones yet We share the same WiFi network and settings any thoughts on why weather app especially has stopped working?

Thanks for getting back to us and for attempting those steps. Is the iPhone currently updated to the latest version of iOS 14.2.1? If not, we suggest updating the software, as it provides software improvements that may help. From there, see if you continue to experience the same behavior. Hi many thanks for Your response sadly this did not work It worked for a few days after a reset but sadly its stopped working again.

Hi Yes I thought I'd mentioned that My iPhone XR is fully updated sometimes I wish I could jump ship to Android so many experts but no solution.

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. It's our understanding that the background for the weather condition in the Weather app is not moving with motion. We can help point you in the right direction.

Our recommendation is to see if, "Reduce Motion" is toggled on in Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Reduce Motion. If it's turned on, you can toggle it off and test the Weather app and see if the background motion of the weather condition is moving. In reference to some apps not working properly, we recommend to follow these helpful steps: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
