iPhone 6s Plus facebook messenger video call problem

Hello, i would like to ask if you can help me, i have a problem, when am calling via facebook messenger video call, and when i switch on camera, the other person doesn't

hears me, but when i switch off camera, then he hears me. Where can be the problem?
