Can I recover those files even they are deleted from “recently deleted album”?

honestly idk what to say, today our local security organs suddenly took my iphone when it was unlocked and deleted my evidences of crime that they have been commited by them. now idk where to go and what to say.besides my icloud syncWas Off. Can i recover those files even they are deleted from “recently deleted album”.
