Denied claims for refund on unauthorised purchases.

I have expressed that I am not in anyway possible in any position to pay for the Apple charges that my were made without my permission by my grandson. I am on a pension and if I knew he knew how to do that I would have stopped him. In his defence he has no awareness of the value of money or where it comes from. It would take me years to pay off that amount of money. I appealed the first denial, and this is my second appeal for the charges to be refunded. I have very little money, recently widowed and this is extremely stressful to receive such a large bill that I didn’t know about and cannot pay. Can this appeal please be reconsidered, please.

Nobody on these boards can grant refunds; the people here are mostly customers, not Apple employees. Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff.


If the charges were to a bank card, you can instead dispute them with the bank, but your iTunes Store account will likely be disabled if you do.

So I just went through something similar..the people there just sit with their phones all day. I have received 16 items of 20 items refunded today, I immediately reported there was unauthorized purchases, so the system starts to refund them and it leaves 4 items not eligible.. well guess what the 4 items were the most expensive I’m left with a -$350 . One worker said there is a limit.. b.s it refunded 16 items, they said there’s nothing they can do.. it’s Apple for the love of god, cash registers give refunds
