Who do yo pester to have the Apple Support community home page tweaked to incorporate a prominent, high contrast search box at the top of the page?
Just landed on this page, and wanted to search for an issue, after all a Q&A repository for Apple products, but nothing obvious, at the top, and had to scroll down several iPad screens work of promotions, and support community lists to find a rather dull, hard to spot search box, WHY?
Surely searching the support repository is the PRIME purpose of this site, and that bit of functionality should be prominent on the page, and in a high contrast / accessible font, not buried towards the bottom of the page, and in grey.
is there a some means to contact who ever is responsible for the site, and ask for the site undergo a bit of Usability_testing ?
