System Preferences won't open after updating to Big Sur
I can't open any of my mac settings after updating to Big Sur, it's only showing the word "Loading" on top like in the picture:

Login to your account.
Launch System Preferences and test.
To exit Safe Mode, click in the menu bar and choose “Restart” or click "Restart" at bottom of the screen.
Test.
