Stuck in recovery mode
iPhone 8plus is stuck in recovery mode (black screen w/Apple logo flashes) can’t get it out of after following the steps recommend from Apple. Any suggestions?

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
Make sure you hold the button until the real recovery screen appears before letting go
If that fails you phone may well be unrepairable.

That is what it says
”iPhone 8 and later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the recovery mode screen.”
Thanks Peter....that SOLVED the very unexpected frightful problem of the iPhone being stuck in recovery mode...was able to get the screen that required it to be connected to iTunes & continue to proceed with restoring phone back to factory settings / new phone / backup restore THANK YOU 😊
When you say hold the “button” until the teal green screen shows up. Is the button the “power button”
