Want to watch YoutubeTV on computer but I find Safari is not capable? Any fix with Big Sur?

Is somebody else experiencing difficulties to navigate with Safari after latest macOS Ventura update? Is somebody else experiencing difficulties to navigate with Safari after latest macOS Ventura Version 13.0.1 update? Pages just don't load. I erased the cookies, history, everything and still nothing. Thank you!
