Following big sur update, macbook pro did not recognize thunderbolt display in windows side(bootcamp windows)

After big sur update, windows side (bootcamp windows) on mac book pro (mid 2014) did not recognize applle thunderbolt display 27', while mac side (Big sur) does not exhibit similiar problem. In the bootcamp control panel on windows 10, now there are two windows icons: Bootcam windows and untitled 3 windows. Mac icon disappers now.

And, after update, in the start up, I see "EFI boot" instead of windows. Moreover, when I plug Apple Thunderbolt display to any Thunderbolt ports on my macbook pro, the alt option to select the system (Mac or Windows) in the startup does not work. After the update, I can select the operation system in the startup when not plugged it in..

How can I solve this problem?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.0

Does Windows boot properly, if either icon is chosen?

The AppleControlPanel.exe should recognize APFS. However, Big Sur changes APFS significantly, which causes the Bootcamp Control Panel from recognizing the newer APFS version. I expect a Bootcamp Update (How to use Apple Software Update for Windows - Apple Support) to rectify the issue in the near future.

The boot process in Big Sur is different. As a test, disable Secure Boot (About Startup Security Utility - Apple Support) temporarily, and test. Be aware that in previous versions you could connect an external storage device to the TB display and boot from it using Alt/Option.

Also, see Security features on your MacBook Pro - Apple Support for reference.

Thank you for your help.

Yes. But, both Mac Big Sur and windows do not open when the TB display is attached.

I attempt to disable secure boot by following the instructions from the article (about startup security utility). But, Mac book pro (Mid 2014) does not offer three options emphasized in this article. The article states that these options are only available for  Mac with the Apple T2 Security Chip. Mac book pro (Mid 2014) do not have T2 security chip.

Is there any way to disable secure boot or allow external boot in Mac book pro without the Apple T2 security chip.
