What if I lost the return label of my trade in?
My dad bought me the iPhone 12. He shipped me the box to send my iPhone 8 in but it return shipping label is missing. Help.

Request a New One:
Contact Apple Support, and request a new one from the Apple Rep on the phone. I've been through it, and all they do is email you a new label, or sometimes a new case, depending on the scenario.

- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- Ask to speak with the Apple Store Staff
- Proceed from there as necessary
Why the Wait:
Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
