I've never had more trouble shaking a scamming pest. I made the mistake of a trial subscription, and he had clipped me for 3 times the introductory fee before I stopped my credit card. Next challenge, the daily e-mails and USPO mailings. He's even followed me across country to my new address. Don't Google. He's bombarded it with too many ads to find help.

Simply continue to mark them as Junk as they arrive. Mail will learn... eventually.
You could also create a Mail Rule to send them to Junk, or trash them.
I'll stay the course, though it's been over half a year. But the Rule is a good because some days I've done a simultaneous "mass delete" of all my e-mails. I'm assuming that puts him back in the trash, ensuring he'll keep coming back.
