I’ve looked at my Safari’s website data and doubleclick.net is in the list, i don't know what that is so I cleared my website data but when i logged in to my Google account it appeared again in my website data. Is doubleclick.net supposed to be on Safari’s website data?

This appears to be apart of Google. You mentioned that when you logged in to your Google account that it appeared in your website data again. We pulled up this link and it goes straight to Google's marketing platform.
