iCloud mail does not work

Hello, the iCloud mailbox shows an error with my iCloud mail account. I have followed steps above where the iCloud mail opens in Safari where it works fine. How come it does not on my MacBook Air, iPhone nor iPad. The message I get is: "Connections to the server “p36-imap.mail.me.com” on the default ports timed out".


How to deal with that, please advise
