Unable to pair iphone12 to car

I just uograded to an iPhone 12 but have been unable to pair the phone to my car which is usually a very simple task. I’ve powered off the phone, unpaired other devices, turned Bluetooth in and off numerous times.

Anyone got any other tip that I can try?
