Speaker issue with Big Sur

From our understanding, after installing macOS Big Sur, your speakers aren’t working. We definitely want to ensure you’re able to listen to everything you need.  

If you can’t hear sound from your Mac speakers - Apple Support has the steps you’ll need to get underway. If that doesn’t work for you, let us know what happens when you use a different method, such as headphones.
