Reset failed. iPhone stuck on Apple logo

Hello, I tried to reset the settings and memory to sell it, but the iPhone is completely stuck on the apple with a loading bar page... I tried connecting it to the Mac but it is not recognized and It doesn’t respond to staying pressed on the volume and power buttons to force restart... can anyone help please☺️

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! We understand that your iPhone is frozen on a screen with an Apple logo and progress bar. It's also not seen by your computer when connected. You've come to the right place for help.


The next step would be to place the iPhone in to recovery mode while it's connected to your Mac, then restore it. Once placed in recovery mode, it should be recognized by the Mac:


If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
