MacBook 12” 2015 crashed after installing new iOS

I installed the new iOS to my MacBook 12” and was not able to login afterward. It will not take my password although it is correct, it will not allow me do anything even I tried safe mode. I tried resetting the password using Apple ID but will not work, then I tried erasing the MacBook but gave me an error can’t connect to apple server although I was able to configure the Wi-Fi.
