Reconnecting AirPods Pro

Hi!!! So I have a problem. I was tryin to connect my AirPods to my laptop and accidentally deleted my AirPods from my blue tooth list. I figured out why they wouldn’t connect to my laptop, ans now Bc I have pressed the button on the back they won’t reconnect to my phone. I’ve restarted my phone and went through the whole process of reconnect a new set of AirPods to my phone and they won’t connect. How can I fix this?
