My phone keeps saying iPhone storage full and I can’t even open some apps on my phone, I already purchased a 200GB icloud storage and I still have more than 40GB free on that, yet still my phone keeps hanging and I can’t open my whatsapp due to the storage full issue.

Storage my phone was running out of storage so I deleted over 2k pictures, almost all my apps, and all of my texts off my phone (I did this because my phone kept crashing and nothing was loading, not even phone calls). One minute my iPhone storage shows that I’ve used 60.2 out of 64 gbs and the next minute it shows that I’ve used 63 out of 64 gbs (keep in mind I haven’t taken any pictures, sent any messages, or downloaded any new apps). I’ve tried to buy storage for .99 cents but it’s not allowing me to do that either. How can I fix this? The Apple stores around me are all closed

Space My iPhone is a 64GB space capacity and says it does not have enough storage and so essentially I cannot access my old images or take new pictures and use my WhatsApp without it saying that I do not have enough space, so I upgraded my storage space and bought more storage and it still does not give me access to my apps and I’m literally frustrated because I have tried everything including deleting apps and files and images even though I only used very little space from my upgrade plan, even before I upgraded I still had space and it still did not work.

Adding iCloud Storage does not add storage to your iPhone.
