If you didn't purchase AppleCare+ when you bought your iPhone, you'll pay for an out of warranty screen replacement. Your loyalty has nothing to do with the price you will pay. Apple does not offer loyalty discounts.
This is the price in the US, but with AppleCare+ the cost for iPhone 11 is: $199. iPhone 11 Pro is: $279
With AppleCare+ the cost is: $29
