Banking App data not removed after Deletion

I am having issues logging into my Banking App. I can logon using a different apple device. I've tried deleting the app with as well as the content and data from my iCloud back up but as soon as I re-install the app before I can even try to logon i already know it will be a fail because the 15 notification that's been there the for the last 2 weeks pops back up. Thats before I even logon. In addition, it does not matter what credentials i put in it always gives me a generic message of contact my bank, blah blah blah. It looks like I can also get the into the App by doing a complete wipe but of course, i would need to set everything up again as restoring from backup only brings back the issue.


If anyone can provide so idea's or solutions it would be really great. Thanks
