problem with the display of some Cyrillic fonts in Safari after the Big Sur update

There is a problem with the typeface of some Cyrillic fonts in Safari after the Big Sur update.

For example: Montserrat font looks similar Montserrat Alternates in Google font catalog.

Montserrat Cyrillic font looks mistakenly on all websites where it is used if I look in Safari. In other browsers (for ex. FF) all good.

Others Google fonts with similar problem: Raleway, Manrope, Comissioner.

What could be the problem?
