how do i transfer a repeating payment when i am about to cancel a card that it was originally charging?

i have a repeating bill for i beleive icloud but the card that is being charged is about to be cancelled so i would like to know how is it possible to change the card info it is being charged on?

Try - Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support.
