Since upgrading to Big Sur Apple Mail is no longer suggesting move to mailboxes. "Move to predicted" is greyed out. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to reset the move to predicted feature or has it be disabled?
I found that if I customized the toolbar - deleted the "move to" icon - and then added it back, it does seem to work most of the time to predict which folder to move messages into.
Still haven't found an explanation to the question posed by VasiliosG above. Sometimes I have the "Move to Predicted Mailbox" option (always greyed out) and sometimes that option is not in the list at all.
Hi @DebeJolliff I tried to customize the tool bar by removing and re-adding and unfortunately the move to predicted is still greyed out. Some weird behaviour and there's not much info on it. Before the the update to Big Sur it worked most of the time similar to the way it works on the iPad and iPhone.

I hope that Apple notes what a waste of time this has caused me and doubtless millions of other people. How ridiculous that they don't sort these things out in advance. Wake up Apple...
