The iCloud website says my iCloud Drive is empty but in my iPad storage it’s taking 16 GBs!!!

When I enter my iCloud from the website it is completely empty and I’ve checked a million times but when I go to my settings >general >iPad storage, iCloud Drive is taking 16.45 GBs of my space. My photos take only about 10gbs. What can I do to totally empty the iCloud Drive?

How can I get more device storage? my device storage is full I have 1GB for iCloud storage. How can I get more device storage? Storage So I run out of storage super easy. I paid for extra iCloud storage but I still run out when my iCloud isn’t even 1/4 full. I can’t take pictures or anything. How do I get more storage so I can take pictures again?

Have you tried toggling iCloud Drive off/on on the iPad?

To confirm, you are going to www.icloud.com and to Settings, then the storage color bar?
