what would cause IMESSAGE not to Activate
Trying to set up my Son's Family Share for IMESSAGE and it is stuck on Waiting on Activation...Is it normal for it to take 20-30 minutes for it to Activate.
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13
It says "It might take up to 24 hours to activate iMessage and FaceTime." per https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201422
