I’m been trying to get old iCloud account
Did you already setup the device? If you did, then there’s no getting to your iCloud account as the device is already setup with your Apple ID and password, or were you not able to setup the device using your Apple ID and password?
Is this an old Apple ID? Did you forget the ID and password?
