Yes, there is a post limit applicable to all newer forum users. It is a long standing Anti-Spam measure. The limits do relax with time and the number of posts. It is quite restrictive at first, but it does get better.

Tysm! I have used Apple Community in the past, but not much and I never browsed until this week. I got sucked into this and started to answer questions here and there whenever I could, then this happened. Thx again, super helpful to know!
There is a limit to how many posts you can put up in a certain time.
This is to reduce and slow down spammers.
wait a few minutes and try again.
i know of no preset limit to the number of posts.
