What to do when iphone is disabled connect to itunes but the following day you remember the passcode ?

Too late to have remembered the passcode once your device is disabled. You will have to erase it using your home computer with iTunes. If you've been backing up, you'll be able to restore a backup once you've restored the phone. If you haven't been backing up your data is gone.
