My iPhone has version 14.1
I can hear voiceover, speakerphone and any external audio great, but I can hardly hear people who call me or I them. How do I turn up earpiece volumn?

Perhaps your earpiece is dirty. Gently try to clean it using a soft brush or a toothpick (if needed) and a bit of patience.
