Iphone XR Hacked

Hello, my wife's phone has been hacked. The hacker had contacted me thru her Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger accounts. at first we changed all the passwords for those accounts and also her Apple ID account bu we kept coming in her phone and changed the entry code so she couldn't open her phone anymore so we decided to create a new Appel ID and he still manage to go on her phone and change the entry code so we changed passwords again and it came to the point that he was even turning her phone off.

We've gone to the police, made a complaint and then we've talked to the cyber fraud guys at the police station as well but until now we haven't get any help from them. everything started on the 10th of November 2020 and today is the 17th of November and he still messing with the phone even though we've change phone line provider with a completely different number.

This a horrible situation which i don't wish anyone, we don't know what else to do so if anybody can help us here it will be much appreciate it.

By the way and if it can help, we're in Germany

1. Since your previous Apple ID was signed in on your iPhone, you will need to regain access to that account. Are you using two-factor authentication? Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

2. You also have the option to check where you are signed in using this article: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support

3. You can also remove devices using the process here: View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support

Her phone was not hacked.

That's why you're not getting any "help".

It is physically impossible for anyone to change the Lock Screen passcode remotely. The passcode is not stored anywhere other than on the phone itself.
