When I startup the phone it flickering a second at the the top-right corner of screen. Also when u turn the brightness about 50% then open a black pic/video, the the top-right corner of screen will have some grey flickering. It also happened when turn into the low battery mode.
Yes , I have the same problem , do we need change a new one ?
I want to know if this problem occurs on all phones? Or does it only happen to some devices?

I have this issue but everywhere on dark mode. Starting to get annoyed honestly.... apple has assured me they can fix with software update but hello it’s been 4 updates since the problem started so wtf apple. :(

My iPhone 12 Pro Max is flickering when I open photos then go back to main screen. Is this software problem?
Me too when viewing photos. Could see the flickers very noticeable before they settle a few seconds later , although it doesn’t happen every time.
I think this is about HDR adjustment in photo app. When you disable that option from settings under photos, this issue is gone. I am still not sure if it is a feature or defect.
