Sharing screenshot on WhatsApp not working

Find a better solution. We wont be saving screenshots to our photos everytime we want to send a photo to WhatsApp and Facebook. This is Apple.. fix it!

I try something different,i change the setting.

Go to whatssapp setting,and then go to account➡️privacy➡️screen lock➡️chage the time,dont use immediately..or the problem keep happen.

It works for me,i hope it will help u all.

We understand that you are no longer seeing the option to send screenshots through WhatsApp. If the option is no longer available to be added, the next option would be to simply save the screenshot to your photos, and select to send it within WhatsApp.

You may also want to reach out to WhatsApp Support to find out my information regarding this change in your options and to see if they will be addressing it.

Same here. Rebooting, switching off the mbl, saving the screenshot and sending, updating whatsapp and iPhone all this tried. Nothing works. Turning off face id for whatsapp may give result. But I cannot leave whatsapp without face id.

Mine too ! Why would we want to save the screen shot and then send it and then delete it afterwards....

dorn understand why this has suddenly stopped working ! Obviously one of their updates !

Solved after rebooting phone.

Try pressing ten times the power button unit you see the power off option.

Restart the phone worked for me

Yeah turning off the phone and starting it again worked for me as well, winning!

It works once only after restarting the mobile and the issue returns back again

Turning the phone off and on again restored the settings. It’s working as before now.
