Hey there, ido275.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! Thanks for posting about trouble with the cellular connection on your Apple Watch. We'd be glad to see how we can help you out.

To get us started, let's make sure that your Apple Watch is fully updated to the latest version of watchOS, which at present is 7.1. To do that, follow the steps in Update your Apple Watch. While we're at it, make sure that the companion iPhone is also fully updated in Settings > General > Software Update.

If there was an update available, once completed, test this out again and see if the issue is resolved or remains. If there is still trouble, Unpair and erase your Apple Watch and then set it up with your companion iPhone once again and test.

Let us know what you find out.

Be well.
