iPad stuck on it may take a few minutes

I have purchased a new iPad 8th gen. and wanted to setup my 6th gen. iPad for my daughter. I know it is straight forward but after doing a full reset, I tried signing in with her credentials. Now I am stuck at a screen that reads "stuck on it may take a few minutes." That was 20 minutes ago.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Issue was fixed thanks to Apple's help. I simply got around this by not entering in an login (Apple ID & pass) until after I setup. Then went into Settings and added ID and password.
