Hello there, I have a wee problem where we bought a COD Points -Large Pack in ap purchase on Monday morning 16th November but it looks like it went thru 3 times so I ve been charged in my credit card $16.99 ×3 when we only needed it buy 1. Is it possible to get monies refunded to my visa card please?.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
