i have the same problem. i bought Macbook Air from Authorized Distributor in Indonesia on 4 Dec 2020, then I checked it and it says "Purchase Date not Validated". So i update the purchase date as instructed, but the result is "We’re unable to validate your product’s purchase date" (picture attached)
