My phone will not update.

Hello. My question is how do I get my phone to update to the latest iPhone version?

I’ve read online and have tried everything.

my phone is connected to a charger at night. My phone is ALWAYS connected to WiFi. my internet connection is great. I have it preset to automatically update when an update is available. I have not had any issues with updates until recently. We have had the same internet company for 2 years.

for several weeks, the update says “estimating time remaining” and “update requested”. The iOS settings wheel will not stop spinning. It never allows me to hit “install”. Doesn’t even give me that option.

Please help. I cannot pair my Apple Watch to my phone unless I have this new update.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

To Update your iPhone:

Use a the iPhone itself or a computer (a Mac or a PC even) to Update it. There are two important steps: Backup first then Update.

1. Backup First: Make a backup of your device using iCloud or your computer. That way you can have something to restore you iPhone from, should anything go wrong with the update installation.

2. Then, Update Using Links:

Disable Cellular when updating on the iPhone.
