Someone from some other country is trying to log into my apple id so i changed my password and I got another notification saying all my stuff was signed in on a new apple watch, but i should worry about it if i recently signed into mine, and I have not, its been on the charger for the past 2 hours.

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
